Cancellation Policy

Bounce House and standard party equipment: Cancellations for standard rentals—including bounce houses, party rentals, and any other non‑custom equipment may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge with at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduled dates are subject to equipment availability and may be substituted with an equivalent rental if the originally requested item is unavailable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date without selecting a reschedule date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid, excluding balloon décor, balloon installations, custom installations, specialty rentals, and personalized items. No refunds will be issued after the event date has passed. Balloons, custom requests, and specialty rentals: Due to the labor, preparation, and material costs associated with balloon décor and custom work—including balloon décor, balloon installations, custom installations, specialty rentals, personalized items, and any custom‑requested equipment—cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled delivery date. These cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Reschedule requests must also be made at least 10 days before the scheduled delivery date, are subject to availability, and may be substituted with an equivalent item if needed. Cancellations made at least 10 days of the scheduled delivery date without selecting a reschedule date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after the event date has passed. Standard: Cherry City Jumpers reserves the right to cancel or suspend rentals due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, heavy rain, lightning, flooding, unsafe setup surfaces, or other safety concerns. In such cases, the Renter/Client may receive a reschedule credit, rain check, substitute equipment, or partial refund at the sole discretion of Cherry City Jumpers.
