Custom Request

Custom requests must be submitted a minimum of two weeks in advance to ensure our small team has enough time to help create the magic for your event. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee your request will be accepted. If a custom request is approved, additional charges will apply.

Previous custom requests include but are not limited to:

• Custom cardboard cutout

• Custom balloon garlands

• Custom backdrops

• Custom Tablescapes

What to expect once you submit your request:

1. Once request is submitted

2. Someone will contact you within 2-4 business days to go over your request, any additional details, confirm event date+time, and provide an accurate price quote

3. If the client agrees to move forward with the quote, an invoice will be sent to the client

4. Custom request will be considered to be booked when the client make deposit indicated on the invoice
